  • When do I get the money?

  • Do you have any banners or marketing materials for me to promote Tunnello?

    Yes! We’ll provide you with all marketing collateral such as banners, screenshots, infographics, and logos once you sign up for our program.

  • How do I get paid?

    We pay our affiliate commissions through PayPal. When you sign up, add your PayPal details to your affiliate account. We pay affiliate commissions on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s commissions. If your commissions for a given month total below 100€, they will rollover to the next month, until they reach 100€.

  • How does the Tunnello Affiliate Program track clicks?

    Unlike other providers, we track clicks with a reliable in-house system, so you never lose track of the conversions you refer. We track when a user sign up and if he convert in 3 months you will still get the payment because is register in our databased.
    Also we integrated Cookie to maximise the tracking.

  • Can I get paid for referring myself?

    No.

  • What happens if a customer is fraudulent or if you refund? Will I still get paid?

    No. If a customer is marked as fraudulent (e.g. has used a stolen credit card), we will not pay commissions. Same if the customer ask for a refund.

  • What marketing methods are not allowed?

    We do not allow

    • Spam or unsolicited email promotions
    • Spamming on blogs, forums, social media or any other commenting systems
    • Any other type of illegal or deceptive marketing
    • Use of materials which infringe our intellectual property rights

    Tunnello affiliates found violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have their commissions voided and will not receive payments. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in the Tunnello Affiliate Program. We take no prisoners when it comes to spammers.
